QUEBRADA CLARA GATEHOUSE

This project involved the redesign of the gatehouse of a residential community to improve its functionality and update its aesthetics. We proposed demolishing the existing structure and building a new one that optimizes the space for security staff and improves visibility of the surroundings. The design focuses on function and security, adding large windows and a direct relationship with the street that allows better security control; combined with a contemporary design framed by a steel pergola, this gives the development’s façade a new, commanding and modern character.
